We want you to be completely delighted with your Jim Shore collectibles; if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All returns must be in their original packaging and in new, resalable condition to qualify for processing.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your account portal or visit our Returns Center with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your Jim Shore figurines in their original branded boxes and protective styrofoam to prevent damage during transit, ensuring all inserts are included.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your shipping carton, covering any previous delivery markings.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
